Order processing times
The typical process we adhere to for Meraki orders are as follows:
For orders less than $4000 received through the web store we will place the order on Meraki the same day we receive it. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing by Meraki, and 5-10 days for the shipment to arrive. License renewals are typically available within 2 days.
Before an order with a value greater than $4000 is placed (excluding License Renewals which don't qualify) we can apply to Cisco Meraki for large order discount pricing if you have not already received this from another reseller. This can take up to 48 hours for approval. Once approved we will send you a quote with our best price.
We are best contacted by the form on our Contact page but if you do call us and get our answering service its because we are tied up serving other customers or on-site installing Meraki hardware.
